One of the missions of BWISM is to create a pipeline of Black Women in industries they have generally been underrepresented. A key to achieving this goal is highlighting mentorship, career coaching, and internship opportunities for high school and college students who have an interest in working sports and/or media. We hope to make the industry more inclusive by being the number one source of employees looking to hire women of color.
